  I never actually paid to see any exhibits while living here. The park outside is a good place to park your bike (or get a rental) and there are a few interactive displays for the kids. One day a week there was a free arty play group in the morning for young kids. Next to the gallery is a restored traditional building that depicts a garden tea room. Good for a photo. Read other reviews if you want to explore the novelty of paying for the experience of a walking in a plastic roofed "swimming pool".

  Definitely check this place out. Cool strcuture and fascinating spots where you can take pictures. I'll leave it as that but see it for yourself. I didn't pay for the ticket since the queue was extremely long but still enjoyed my 15/20 min here walking around in the free zone.
