We went there thanks to the train and a bus (the train section between Saka and Kure was closed because of the recent typhoon); in normal times you can go straight to the place by train only. From... more »

Broad beach with lots of space, clean toilets facilities, lots of parking, some benches, no shade, showers off in off-season. Sand quality not great with lots of plastic tubes & styrofoam from oyster industry floating farms off the coast, cigarette butts, glass, pieces of broken dishes, fishing equipment trash, random pieces of plastic, plastic lighters, fireworks pieces (despite signs saying ‘no fireworks’ everywhere among other trash. Water fairly clean but heavy industrial area nearby so depending on day.
