Lillehammer is a town and municipality in Oppland county, Norway. Kick off your visit on the 7th (Sat): stroll through Sjusjoen Ski Center, take an in-depth tour of Sigrid Undset's Home Bjerkebaek, and then view the masterpieces at Fabrikken. Oslo to Lillehammer is an approximately 2.5-hour car ride. You can also take a train; or take a bus. When traveling from Oslo in January, plan for much colder days in Lillehammer, with highs around -6°C, while nights are a bit cooler with lows around -15°C.
