In many ways the most modern of Italian cities, Milan is a busy, elegant metropolis with an impressive list of grand palaces, fine churches, and important museums.
Your day-by-day itinerary now includes Teatro Alla Scala, Stadio Giuseppe Meazza (San Siro) and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. Duomo di Milano and Monumental Cemetery will appeal to history buffs. Give yourself a bit of retail therapy at Dep Design Store and Profumeria Bellagio. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Milan: Al Puunt-Snack Beach Bar (in Griante), Lido di Faggeto Miamilaryo (in Faggeto Lario) and Como (Le Mille e Una Mella Caramelleria & Tea World).
