Kobe is just a stone's throw from Osaka. Expect slightly colder weather when traveling from Osaka in May: highs in Kobe hover around 71°F, while lows dip to 63°F. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 13th (Wed) early enough to take a train to Kyoto.
