Kick off your visit on the 12th (Thu): steep yourself in history at The Old Public Hall of Hakodate Ward, get engrossed in the history at Hakodate City Northern Pacific Fishery's Document Museum, and then admire the striking features of Goryokaku Park. Here are some ideas for day two: wander the streets of Motomachi, take in the awesome beauty at Mount Hakodate, and then don't miss a visit to Hachimanzaka.
