Fly from Naha to Kyoto in 5.5 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of ferry and train; or do a combination of bus, ferry, and train. Traveling from Naha in May, plan for slightly colder nights in Kyoto, with lows around 17°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 16th (Tue) so you can travel to Tokyo.
