Witness some of the first human settlements known in Italy at Sassi di Matera. Place with very strong energy. Breathtaking views from every corner. Lovely and romantic streets to walk around, nice restaurants and cafes to take a breath. Cathedrals and museums to learn more about the history and life of the citizens back in time. Must visit place when in Puglia. 👍👍👍

Fortunate to visit this amazing cave city before its taken over by tourism, We arrived a day before the filming of the new 007 film, crews and equipment can be seen setting up. The views are dramatic and usher you to a time in the past, felt like I stepped into Jerusalem.
