  • At 600 yen ($4.50) it maybe worth the experience but 1/2 the collection was closed and 1/2 the art shown on the flyer was out on loan. The grounds and the rodin sculptures are very nice...

  • Last year I was so impressed by this museum without the time to really go through it, I had to return to see a very nice French impressionist collection containing famous artists including van Gogh...

  • Nice art museum with 2 different buildings. Enjoyed walking through and seeing classical art. Signs in Japanese. There is an app to be in various languages but I couldn't get to work on my android phone. Takes credit card and yen. Grab some post cards of your favorite pieces.
  • The museum is not big but has amazing collections. From Japanese paintings to European ones. It also has a gift/souvenir shop that sells beautiful postcards. There is also a cafe inside. The food is good and not pricey and the music also good!
