  • We were a bit put off by the price initially as it is a natural phenomenon rather than something created. However, I have never seen anything like this and neither had my wife, we both really enjoyed the well maintained walk, the steaming lakes and hot earth. The information and guide provided and the bus drivers are very informative. The lift back up the hill was appreciated.
  • Pretty spectacular self guided walk with stories of the 1886 eruption. Options to take the bus for all or part. Very good value off peak deals. Optional boat journey was pleasant and the skipper very friendly and full of interesting information
