Museo nina Leon at Galicano Apacible
The museum is being managed by the National Historical Commission of the Philippines since 1976. It accepts no entrance fee and open for everyone of all ages. Picture taking is a freedom inside. You may take a selfie or your kind of photography as much as you like. :)Using our international travel planner, Taal attractions like Museo nina Leon at Galicano Apacible can form part of a personalized travel itinerary.
Upon entering, we'll have you watch a short video presentation about the Apacible family as well as the contribution of the two brothers before, during and after the revolution period in the Philippines.
Then I, 'Xei', the museum guide or our curator, 'Ms. Sylvia' will meet you, accompany you and will give you a tour throughout the whole house/museum. We will be expecting you to listen to those pieces of information we'll tell you. But no worries, we assure you it's worth it. :)
There you'll see countless items and quantity of furniture that were born many decades ago and were used by the Apacible family for almost a century or more that still intact today.
All of us (employees) in the museum are very accommodating and very enjoyable to be with. So if you have any questions upon going in, or may arise during the tour, feel free to ask us and we would be more than happy to answer it all to the best of our ability.
So come and pay us a visit. See you there! :D

Amazing experience. Xei was super knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The furniture and household items are really one of a kind. I strongly suggest going here if you're doing a trip to Taal!

Learning about the past...Hoping this place will be spared from the wrath of Taal Volcano. If not, finding a place to rest these relics should be given attention for future generations to enjoy and appreciate...
