Good place for family bonding. Even kids are safe and can enjoy swimming in the falls. Pool is also available in Batlag

This is considered one good short ride. From Metro Manila to Sampaloc Rizal it is just about 2 hours ride. The location of Batlag falls is on the further back of Daranak Falls (Daranak was closed that day) so we went to Batlag instead. A fair warning, the walk from the parking area going to the site is no faint of heart... Be ready for a cardio.
