  • We had a fantastic driver who took us all the way up to the top of the lipton's hill. Lipton's seat isn't any special but the views there are spectacular (provided that there isn't mist).

  • Locations is nice & beautiful. But the road to reach there is very narrow and full of slopes, mountains. Vehicle should be in a good condition and driver should be well experienced if you wish to travel here. It will take more than one hour from haputhale town due to the condition of the road. Apart from that the surrounding environment and climate is really nice
  • I drove by scooter through low cloud and rain to reach the summit, thinking I would see little except a sign to tell me where I was. Amazingly, the sky cleared before my eyes to a stupendously picturesque view.; one which Sir Thomas Lipton must have treasured above all else. Would love to have stayed and chatted with him, but he seemed to be a bit preoccupied with his missing tea cup. Perhaps another time.
