Eternal City
Aptly nicknamed the Eternal City, Rome is the birthplace of the Roman Empire, one of the world's greatest civilizations ever.Escape the urban bustle at Riserva Naturale Monte Soratte and Antica Torre - Riding Ancient Rome. Get some historical perspective at Pantheon and Palatine Hill. There's much more to do: explore the ancient world of Colosseum, make a trip to Trevi Fountain, steep yourself in history at Forum of Augustus, and take in the architecture and atmosphere at St. Clement Basilica.
