Rome — 3 nights

Eternal City
Aptly nicknamed the Eternal City, Rome is the birthplace of the Roman Empire, one of the world's greatest civilizations ever.Step off the beaten path and head to Macchina di Santa Rosa and Labro. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Rome: Romitori di Ischia di Castro (in Ischia di Castro), Maneggio Jolly Horse (in Terni) and Azienda Agricola Monte Jugo (in Viterbo). There's lots more to do: steep yourself in history at St. Peter's Basilica, make a trip to Roman Forum, explore the ancient world of Palatine Hill, and pause for some serene contemplation at Pantheon.
For other places to visit, maps, reviews, and other tourist information, use the Rome trip itinerary planner.
In November, daily temperatures in Rome can reach 20°C, while at night they dip to 9°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 7th (Mon) early enough to travel back home.
